
Amanda Micheli, Director of Photography. Amanda is an award-winning filmmaker with a solid background in both documentary and narrative cinematography. JUST FOR THE RIDE, directed, shot and edited by Amanda, won an Academy Award and International Documentary Association Award in student categories and premiered on the prestigious PBS series P.O.V. in 1996. Since then she has shot a Sundance Film Festival award-winning documentary MY FLESH AND BLOOD, a film in Ghana, WITCHES IN EXILE, and a narrative feature, BORDERLINE. She is also finishing her own film, DOUBLE DARE, selected for the prestigious Sundance Institute Documentary Lab in 2001. Other production credits include: SAME RIVER TWICE (Sundance 2003), YOU’RE GONNA MISS ME, RUNNING WOMAN, and the ITVS series, AMERICAN GIRLS. Amanda is a graduate of Harvard University.
Marlo Poras, Editor. Marlo worked as an apprentice to Thelma Schoonmaker at Martin Scorsese's Cappa Productions and has since worked on a number of independent films such as Greg Mottola's DAYTRIPPERS and Alison Anders' GRACE OF MY HEART. She was living in Hanoi, producing teen-oriented AIDS education films for UNICEF and the Population Council, when she was inspired to make MAI'S AMERICA, her first documentary film, which aired on PBS' 2002 P.O.V. series and won numerous festival awards. Marlo has also worked as a documentary camerawoman, most recently for David Sutherland (THE FARMER'S WIFE) on his new PBS series which profiles four teens in Appalachia. She is currently researching two documentaries (in Brazil and West Africa).

Jocelyn Glatzer, Director/Producer. Jocelyn has directed, produced and edited numerous documentary films including OWNING THE FANTASY and ART2000, about Hillary Rodham Clinton's most successful senatorial race fundraiser. Her production experiences range from Assistant Editor and Researcher at Maysles Films, to Associate Producer for WNET's Great Performances and American Playhouse to Director of Outreach and Education for the award-winning documentary film FAMILY NAME. Jocelyn is the founder of Over The Moon Productions, Inc. and a co-founder of Educational Television for Cambodia (ETC), bringing arts/culture and children's programs to Cambodian television. She studied with Harvard’s International Honors Program in Asia and is a graduate of Hampshire College.
Christine Courtney, Producer. Chris recently collaborated with acclaimed filmmaker Doug Block on his feature length documentary HOME PAGE, which premiered on HBO following in the wake of rave reviews at the 1999 Sundance and Rotterdam film festivals. She also produced a prime-time arts and entertainment series for Chinese television. Before working in film, Chris was a journalist for the Los Angeles Times in Hong Kong. She is a graduate of the London School of Economics.
Shondra Burke, Editor. Shondra has worked with acclaimed director Errol Morris on his award-winning documentary FAST, CHEAP AND OUT OF CONTROL as well as his FIRST PERSON series for BRAVO. In addition, she has worked on the documentaries ADRIFT, I CAN’T BREATHE, HAVE YOU SEEN ANDY?, THE WORLD BEFORE US 2000, THIS WEEK IN HISTORY, THE MOTHER TAPES, EARTHKEEPERS and JAMMING. Her commercial credits include spots for the DISCOVERY CHANNEL, the HISTORY CHANNEL, LIFETIME, UNIVERSAL PICTURES, FORD, SONY, BOSE and more. She also works as a campaign film editor for Mt. Holyoke College, Smith College, and SUNY/Binghamton. Shondra graduated with honors from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst.
